Add project as container for a deck, support multiple projects.#33

I like that a deck can be used across multiple boards, but i think you’d benefit from being able to have different projects, each project containing a distinct deck and all the boards applicable to that deck.

Glad you enjoy the deck! Could you clarify this a bit more? I’m not sure I properly understand what you’re pitching!

Ok, sorry. I will try to expand.

I can have multiple boards. And from the looks of it, each board uses the same common deck. So, if i create a second board i can see all the cards that were created on the first board, and i can drag them in. I like this.

However, i’m using this deck, and its board(s) for one project. If i decide that i want a new sets of boards, that use a completely independant deck to my first, then this (i believe) isn’t currently supported.

So i’m proposring that each deck is a should be a seperate project, and the boards are associated under that project(deck).

in user-terms, if i have a board related my plans on how to build a time-machine, and i want a second board which has the groceries i need to get this weekend, I don’t want these two things to share the same deck. I want to seperate these concerns, so that i can delete my shopping list project without lots of remnants messing up my time-machine plans.

Any clearer?

Ah I see what you mean!

Hmmm… now we need to figure out an elegant interface for all of this. I will keep you posted no any developments no our deck system!
