Allow to create folders for boards#25

It would be nice to be able to group boards in folders. And manage access rights at folder level.

This is a source of huge debate within the team at the moment. We want to experiment with a “folderless” system and instead attempt a system based on labels and tags. I will keep you updated on this and again, thanks for you feedback! :)
